Metal Casting

Once the wax pattern is complete it moves to ceramic shell where a new mold is dipped up in layers over the course of several days. Using our flash fire kiln, we melt out the wax and the ceramic shell mold is vitrified (fired). Hot metal is poured into those molds, and once cool the shell is broken off to reveal the casting.

Our casting facility at Sincere is fully equipped to meet all of your non-ferrous casting needs including: silicon bronze, other bronze/brass alloys, copper, and aluminum. We also offer cast iron and ductile iron poured off site.
